Mr. Sebastian is the Chilean delegate for the  World Federation of Occupational Therapy.  He is the Director for Diploma of Occupational Therapy Extension in: the Neonatology, Pediatrics and Early Childhood Unit, in the Critical Patient Unit and the Prescription and Confection of Splints and Orthoses Unit. 

He is currently the  president of the Chilean Association at University of Queensland, where he is a Phd candidate.
