With over thirty years of nonprofit experience, Kim-Monique Johnson provides support to organizations with strategic planning, organizational development, leadership coaching, group facilitation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. She identifies as a Black, cisgender lesbian recognizing the importance of creating space for naming identities and lived experiences. Her coaching focus is with new managers, as well as seasoned executives, who face challenges when leading during times of change and providing support to leaders who are intentional about successfully leading with empathy and equity.
