In this day, God is releasing wisdom and revelation to offer a better understanding of the function of the Pastoral ministry. Like a cog, we've simplified this role to the point of coddled, undisciplined sheep circling the same pin with little desire. The role of the shepherd is to nourish mind, body, soul, and spirit; to let out to pasture and cause to eat: "You prepare a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: you anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over." ⁣
