Incumbent Republican Scott Krug, Nekoosa , and Democrat David Gorski, Wisconsin Rapids , will discuss important issues facing the district with WPR’s Rick Reyer. The 72 nd Assembly District is primarily rural and includes much of Adams and Waushara Counties, with small parts of Wood and Portage Counties. District communities include the Cities of Wisconsin Rapids and Wautoma, the Village of Richfield and the City of Nekoosa. The general election is set to take place on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
