In this episode I chat to Catherine (Play at Home Mammy)ho talks me through her three very different births. On her first pregnancy, second stage of labour was so quick with her little man entering the world swiftly. She talks us through a rough few weeks of breastfeeding and the support she availed of to help her alleviate the constant discomfort. She had a C-section with her second pregnancy due to the presence of meconium in her waters and also inconsistencies inconsistencies on the monitor readings with baby.Throughout her third pregnancy she was crippled with SPD and unfortunately needed the support of crutches in the latter stages of her final trimester. She was determined to avoid another section and wanted her VBAC but her little lady was a bit of a trapeze artist and presented breech. Her section date was set but Molly gave her mum what she wanted in the end.Despite restrictions in the hospital Catherine said her experience was "just perfect!"An episode heaving with useful info for expecting women. This episode has been brought to you by @waterfulbabywipesWaterful plastic free baby wipes contain 99.9% purified water and are both fragrance free and alcohol free.
