The CPSC and Nova Medical Products have recalled Nova Home Bed Rails Model No. 6093.  The bed occupant may become entrapped within the bedrail or between the bedrail and the mattress side with risks of injury and asphyxiation.   About 20,000 of these bedrails were sold at AdaptHealth, San Diego Medical Supply, Bellevue Healthcare, CareLinc Medical Equipment & Supply, and medical supply stores nationwide.  Immediately discontinue use of these bedrails.  Contact Nova Medical Products at 1-800-557-6682 to arrange for a free repair, replacement, or more information about this recall.
