Novel Experiences - the Doctor Who convention that Dave and Kenny just won't shut up about - is back!
Reeltime Pictures have just released a DVD featuring many of the writers who attended the Whoovers' convention in Derby in May last year - and it even features our own Kenny as an alleged book 'expert'.
Our dynamic duo watched the two DVDs, covering the Virgin ranges and BBC Books, and give their thoughts on them, as well as having a chat with producer Keith Barnfather.

190: Novel Experiences on DVD

A podcast discussing Doctor Who-related items, more often than not in threes, whether stories, guests, or anything else. Featuring Big Finish's Kenny Smith, and in the early episodes, regular appearances from Tom Harris (the former Labour MP)  and David Steel (not the former Liberal Party MP, MSP and leader). 

Dave still appears, as do Dr John Bollan and Stephen Day, with Tom fleetingly materialising.

We also have a host of great Doctor Who guests using "Kenny's bottomless address book" (c) David Steel.

237: The Forever Trap

This week sees the release of a luxurious vinyl release containing six discs.
These contain a pair of original made for audio releases released by the BBC in 2008, with David Tennant and Catherine Tate performing them.
We feature the first of those two stories today, as Peter Anghelides talks about Pest Control. 
The second story, The Forever Trap, features in our next episode, ahead of the vinyl release on Friday.

And just like that - boom! - Steven Moffat is back on Doctor Who.
The Scottish former showrunner obviously doesn't bear a grudge, since Russell T Davies turned him down when he was asked to come back to the show, and he was back with episode three in series 14/40/one - Boom.
