What about solving Sydney's housing shortage by living on a houseboat. They’re very popular overseas, but virtually non-existent on Sydney harbour. There are only 4 licensed houseboats in our harbour. One person who knows all about this is Sandi Dunne. She’s a Residential Sales Agent with Province Real Estate in Neutral Bay and in 2012 she marketed the last houseboat to go up for sale on Sydney Harbour.
