I don’t think I’ve met a pastry I didn’t like - the best ones with flaky crusts and fresh ingredients - and just the right amount of sweet. Today we celebrate one pastry of the Mediterranean that has been enjoyed for centuries. It’s November 17 and today is National Baklava Day.
