Bye, bye November and hello December! Here’s our real estate market update for November:

- Pending sales weakened.

- Phoenix is ranked 7th on the list of desirable markets to watch in 2019.

- None of the BIG reasons for the crash in housing prices are happening right now. (Ex. Bad loans, Recession, Record Foreclosures)

- We are still in a seller’s market.

-The Fed is expected to raise its target interest rate again.
