This week I'm posting a podcast I guested on - Stoke The Fire Episode 35. We dive deep into my mental health struggles, breakdown, suicide attempt, and ultimately my recovery. Which is ongoing. We laugh, we cry - a lot - laugh some more and end with a lot of smiles. It's not easy keeping a Positive Mental Attitude. It takes a lot of diligence and daily work. But it's worth it. And so rewarding. It's important for all of us to remember that every day we have a choice to make. We don't HAVE to be alive. We GET to be alive!
