Hour 1:
My first guest tonight is currently ranked #1 in the KCBS Team of the year standings. To date, they have won 11 Grand Championships and left Shelby, NC with an RGC to their credit this past weekend at the Hog Happenin’. Dan Hixon from 3-Eyz BBQ joins me to recap the year they’re having, the TOTY race they are in and what some of the more memorable moments have been in 2012.
My next guest has one of the coolest jobs in the country and helps us spend our money wisely! Derrick Riches from About.Com joins me to recap his experience at the Jack and give us some takes on what’s new in the BBQ and Grilling market
Hour 2:
Mike McCloud, President and CEO of MMA Creative, joins me to look back at the World Food Championships that took place this past weekend. Mike will talk a bit about the uniqueness of the event and how it opens up avenues for folks that aren’t just in the BBQ scene to get a piece of a big competition purse.
Helping me close the show tonight is owner of Butcher BBQ, Dave Bouska. Dave will talk about his win at the World Food Championship this past weekend and also announce the 3 winners of the FREE Butchers BBQ Injections for a year!! You don’t want to miss this segment!
