Episode 14:
In this episode, I’m joined by Phoebe Goldsmith, host of Stargirl Society, for a conversation about allowing yourself to want more from life, even before you feel fully ready or worthy of it.
Phoebe shares what life looked like before Stargirl Society, how she navigates ADHD, burnout and masking, and what it was like to move through a deep depression while still appearing “high-functioning” from the outside. We talk about anxiety as a signal, learning to listen to your body, finding support, and slowly starting to believe that life can become something different.
We also get into worthiness, manifestation, spirituality, self-love, Pinterest vision boards, and the small steps that help you build evidence that you actually can create the life you want.
In this episode, we talk about:
what it can feel like to struggle behind closed doors
ADHD, burnout and learning to stop fighting your own cycles
depression, anxiety and finding a way back to yourself
why worthiness can be the missing piece in manifestation
how Phoebe uses Pinterest as a vision board tool
taking small steps before you feel ready
allowing yourself to want more from life
A little note before listening: this episode touches on depression, anxiety and toxic relationships. Please take care of yourself while listening, and reach out for support if you need it.

Episode 13: Have you ever had a dream, a gut feeling, or a coincidence that stayed with you, and wondered what to make of it?
In this episode, we explore the different ways we might find meaning in dreams, synchronicities, and unexpected timing, and how to stay open to those experiences without turning everything into a sign.
I share the personal stories that have shaped my beliefs, including a dream that helped me decide to move to Australia and experiences surrounding the fire that destroyed my childhood home. Through these stories, we look at the questions you can ask when something feels meaningful, how intuition plays a part, and why you don’t need to have an explanation for everything.
This is a personal exploration of something I’m still figuring out. Whether you relate or you’re simply curious, there’s room for your own perspective here.
In this episode, we talk about:
Different ways signs might show up, from dreams to recurring patterns
Reflecting on a dream and what may have influenced it
Repetition, timing, and relevance as prompts for exploring meaningful coincidences
The role of intuition in how we interpret our experiences
Why looking up every angel number can become unhelpful
Noticing something without deciding you know exactly what it means
Balancing spiritual curiosity with common sense
Staying open without becoming overwhelmed by searching for signs
Have you ever experienced a coincidence you still think about? I’d love to hear your story.

Episode 12: What does it actually take to be fully yourself without constantly worrying about how other people will receive you?
In this episode, I sit down with Emanuel Dinis for a funny, honest and slightly chaotic conversation about confidence, identity, self-expression and learning to take up space.
Emanuel shares his journey through religion, coming out, ballroom culture, fashion, the military and finding his own way of moving through the world. We also talk about why being yourself often requires you to stop waiting for permission, stop trying so hard to fit in and simply start showing up as you are.
In this episode, we talk about:
confidence and what it actually means to be yourself
growing up between different cultures and trying to fit in
coming out, ballroom culture and finding freedom in self-expression
fashion, identity and dressing for yourself rather than other people
why asking, showing up and putting yourself out there can change your life
Sometimes confidence is less about becoming someone new, and more about giving yourself permission to be who you already are.

Episode 11:
Season 2 is here!
Comparison is such a natural part of being human, but in today's world, it can very quickly become something that steals the joy from our own lives.
In this episode, I talk about:
• Why we compare ourselves in the first place
• Social Comparison Theory and the psychology behind comparison
• Upward, downward and lateral comparison
• Why social media has completely changed the way we compare ourselves
• How comparison shifts our focus from what we have to what we lack
• Using jealousy as a clue to what you actually desire
• Comparing yourself backwards instead of sideways
• Self-compassion, self-love and gratitude
• Learning to trust that your path does not need to look like anyone else's
Comparison might be natural, but we don't have to let it control how we feel about ourselves or the lives we're creating.
Welcome to season two of Now, Not Tomorrow 🤎
Episode 10: In this episode, I'm reflecting on how quickly the year goes by when you're not really paying attention.
This is the season 1 finale of Now, Not Tomorrow, and I wanted to end it with something that actually helps. A reason to pause, look honestly at where you are, and choose how you want to move through the rest of the year before it just passes you by.
I'm also sharing a simple 4-step reflection tool I created myself.
I'll walk you through it in the episode<3

Episode 9: I share my own relationship with nature, from walking barefoot outside to hugging trees and using cold water as a way to meet stress in the body.
This episode is not about pretending nature fixes everything, but about exploring how small moments of contact with the natural world can help your body feel a little safer, calmer, and more present.

Episode 8: In this episode, I’m talking about what it looks like to wake up to the fact that a lot of what feels normal in everyday life is not always serving us. This is a conversation about awareness, habits, health, and the slow process of questioning things you once never thought twice about.
I share my own journey of going from living on autopilot to becoming much more intentional about what I consume, what I trust, and what I allow into my body and daily life. This episode is not about fear or perfection, but about paying closer attention and making changes that feel right for you.

Episode 7: We live in a time of constant noise, distraction and digital overload, and it’s making so many of us forget what it actually feels like to be alive. In this episode, I talk about presence, phone addiction, the human experience, and why it’s not too late to come back to your life.

Episode 6: In this episode, I’m sharing my journey with learning to love what makes me different. Growing up as a mixed girl in Norway, I spent years feeling ashamed of parts of myself I now see as some of my biggest strengths.
I talk about where that self-hate came from, how it followed me for years, and what slowly helped me heal, embrace my difference, and come back to myself. If you’ve ever felt different, not enough, or like you had to hide parts of who you are, this episode is for you.

Episode 5: In this episode I’m joined by my fiancé Simon Torpy, an Exercise Physiologist from Sydney, Australia. We talk about the foundations of health: sleep, movement and diet, but also the mindset behind it all. How small habits, discipline and a bit of self-respect can slowly change the way you feel in your body and your life.
If you’ve ever felt stuck or unsure where to start with your health, this episode is for you.
