Our guests today are Dr. Leonard Marcus, founding co-director of the NPLI, and Rich Serino, a Distinguished Senior Fellow with the NPLI. Both have been with the program since the beginning; Dr. Marcus as one of the original faculty and Mr. Serino a participant of the NPLI Executive Education Program (EEP), Cohort I.
