It’s hot outside, and of course we’re in the middle of the Steam Summer Sale. So naturally everyone is staying in to play all the latest video games! After some console chat involving The Last of Us, Bioshock Infinite, Ride to Hell: Retribution and The Walking Dead: 400 Days, there’s all kinds of PC gaming talk including FTL (which BJ literally plays during the podcast), Endless Space, Max Payne 3 and lots more. Plus, Gamewarp is rapidly approaching and we pay our respects to Giantbomb’s Ryan Davis who sadly passed away last week.

* 1:42 The Walking Dead: 400 Days DLC (Maki & Chuck make a return to the trail of tears and aren’t as impressed with this DLC as we were with Season 1.)

* 12:28 The Last Of Us (Maki finishes it and loves it. Do you care about story or mechanics? It’s close to a perfect melding of them… But not quite. )

* 21:55 Bioshock Infinite (Harlo loves it from start to finish. Shock of the year! Using powers instead of guns seems to be the recipe for fun.)

* 36:00 Ride To Hell: Retribution (Chuck just wants a fun, crazy biker game. THIS IS NOT THAT GAME. FYI: hockey masks can’t deflect 20 bullets in real life.)

* 43:43 Borderlands 2: Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep DLC (Harlo closes out his Borderlands 2 experience with this pretty okay DLC. We’ve probably reached the point of having too much Borderlands, sadly.)

* 51:37 Nintendo 3DS (Harlo continues our monthly tradition of one of us picking up a 3DS each episode! Also, the tradition of increasing our Streetpass count.)

* 55:00 Pilotwings Resort (Harlo can’t handle the 3D on this one. At all. )

* 55:40 New Super Mario Bros. 2 (It’s the easiest version of Super Mario Bros. ever. It’s pretty good, as long as you don’t decide to go for all the medals.)

* 1:00:03 Super Mario 3D Land (It’s an interesting variation of the Super Mario gameplay, but not quite as good as NSMB2.)

* 1:02:04 Mario Kart 7 (Have you played Mario Kart? Guess what! It’s Mario Kart!)

* 1:04:43 Jaws: Ultimate Predator (It sounds awesome but controls like Ecco The Dolphin. In all the worst ways.)

* 1:06:40 Nintendo eShop (It’s terrible! Reviews are worthless and finding a specific game is impossible.)

* 1:08:35 Animal Crossing: New Leaf (Harlo joins the ACNL insanity of “Tamagochi on crack.” Time to sell some turnips!)

* 1:23:57 Marvel Heroes (Harlo pays money in a free to play game! Now what do we call it?)

* 1:30:28 World of Tanks Xbox 360 Edition Beta (Chuck gets in the beta and learns that World War I tanks are not very good at surviving!)

* 1:34:19 Deus Ex: Human Revolution (Harlo just wants to do cool cyborgy things, since he’s a cool cyborg. But the game doesn’t let him.)

* 1:43:35 Max Payne 3 (Harlo can’t stand the presentation of the cutscenes, and the gameplay isn’t quite fun enough to make up for that.)

* 1:50:49 Endless Space (Maki tries to jump back into space in-between Neptune’s Pride games and realizes he’s not smart enough to play Endless Space.)
