High friend,
Welcome to this week’s episode of Necessary Reminders. The podcast/newsletter hosted by yours truly Danielle Olivarez, where I discuss how I manage to make the habitual a ritual, and teach you what I learn on the way.
Since the last time we spoke I’ve been thinking a lot about new beginnings.
To me, new beginnings are just moments when we look at our truest selves dead in the face, and we give them a big hug.
You know that there have been many times that I've tried to be as “consistent,” as possible with this project with really all of my work, and I always end up meeting myself, every step of the way,.
I see a new beginning as a moment when, no matter where you are, you're kind of sick of your own s**t. And you can very clearly or maybe just a bit more clearly see that True Self looking right back at you. Ready to give you a big hug.
So how do we start truly taking care of ourselves, without shame without hurry so that we can see our true purpose the that True Self looking at us?
I think it's by the awareness of the archetypes of our inner selves.
Listen to this week’s episode to hear all about how our own inner archetypes can help us find a sense of balance or flow, and how to practice embodying your archetypes this week.
and reply to this email with your answer to the question below:
When does self care become self sabotage? What are the signs?
Love you mean it,
Danielle <3
In case you missed it...
