Michigan State University law professor Adam Candeub assesses the recent Supreme Court unanimous ruling in the NRA vs Vullo case. While the National Rifle Association was the plaintiff in the case, it was not about guns or the Second Amendment directly. It was more about First Amendment rights and whether government officials can use their positions to pressure businesses into conducting business (or not) in a specific way.
