In this episode, our wonderful panelists Emma and Lachlan join Laine in bringing you their hot tips, insights for the first round of finals, and take an honest look at the contenders and their mettle to survive. 

We saw the end of the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the North Queensland Cowboys season chapter close for 2023, but they will each have a lot to work on and bring to the 2024 NRL season. 

The panel share which players they thought have been outstanding and rising stars to watch in the new year, and reflect on their most memorable match from the regular season. At the end of the episode, they briefly discuss which coach should be Coach of the Year.
