On this episode I am joined by Bill Taibe . Bill is the Executive Chef and owner of three restaurants in Westport , CT - The Whelk, Jessup Hall and Kawa Ni.  He is not only is he a well respected restaurateur and extremely thoughtful and talented chef, he is an innovator, and overall super nice guy, who I consider a friend.   All three of his restaurants remain open for pick up and delivery.
