Bobby is the Owner and Master Sommelier of the Frasca Food and Wine Group in Boulder Colorado, which includes  Frasca Food and Wine, Pizzeria Locale, Tavernetta as well his wine bar Sunday Vinyl.  Bobby is also one of the founding members of the Independent Restaurant Coalition - fighting on the behalf of independent restaurant owners affected by COVID 19.
