Founded in 2010 by cousins Otto Othman, Nedal Ahmad, and Nizar Ahmad, PINCHO, Inc., is a Miami-based fast-casual concept, centered around an eclectic menu of burgers and kebabs, PINCHO has gone from an in-the-know locals’ secret to a well-known Miami concept, gracing many national foodies “must try” lists. They currently have 10 locations (and growing!) serving elevated street food in vibrant, casual spaces.
