Matt Forbush's background in franchise operations began in 2007 when he took over his first Auntie Anne’s location. Over the last 9 years, Matt has owned and operated 12 franchise locations and small businesses, including Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, and Otter’s Chicken Tenders. In addition to working at a management level within these stores, Matt has held positions with Chick-fil-A and Firehouse Subs, truly learning the industry from the ground up. Matt’s passion for the franchise industry and for entrepreneurship led him to the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, where he completed a project focused on the Marketing Return on Investment tied to the franchise industry. Matt later conceived and developed zignyl, a software made by franchisees for franchisees
