Michael Chernow is the founder of Seamore's in New York City and also the co-founder of The Meatball Shop and co-founder of the plant based function beverage brand Well Well. Michael joined me from his upstate NY home to talk about the current state of his stores and where he sees the industry headed  and what opportunities ( hint: maybe not a restaurant) he sees in the months and years ahead.
