Nsima Inyang - A Break-The-Bar Athlete
There tends to be an association that culture has around incredibly muscular men that assumes that's all they are- meatheads. But today's guest very clearly defies that stereotype, being one of the biggest dudes, but also by far one of the most intelligent. He's lead a life of forging his own path and going against the grain. Couldn't have asked for a better guest to come on to speak with the young men of Apogee.
NSIMA INYANG
Nsima is a drug-free Professional Bodybuilder, elite-level Powerlifter, and Martial Artist. As a Bodybuilder, he competed in Cellucor Sponsored 2015 WNBF Worlds where he placed 5th in the World amongst Heavyweight Bodybuilders. Along with that win, Nsima also won the title of Mr. California. He currently holds a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has placed Second in the IBJJF Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Championship as a Blue Belt.
With 15+ years of training experience and a cumulative 10 years of personal training and online coaching under his belt, Nsima has acquired essential practical application necessary to complement his detailed approach to training and nutrition. He has coached multiple natural bodybuilders and bikini athletes to show wins and has worked with nationally qualified powerlifters within and outside of the United States.

THE MISSION
Many of the young people who would thrive the most at Acton Academy (a school founded by Matt Beaudreau), simply can’t afford it. The Essential 11 was created to fill that gap. Our goal is to provide scholarships to as many Acton Academy students in need as we possibly can. 100% of all proceeds from this podcast go directly towards sponsoring young heroes here in the Sacramento area. We know and believe that a greater future starts with greater education for more students.
