Program Officer for the NT Writers Centre, Betty Sweetlove, fills us in on the upcoming January to April program.

The first workshop series for the year (beginning 31 Jan) is called Unravel: A Multi-Arts Approach to Writing, facilitated by local artist Emma Trenorden. The three week series introduces writers to arts-based methods for getting ‘unstuck’ and finding new perspectives on a creative concept. 

If you missed tickets to the sold out online event Story in Six Weeks with Mary Anne Butler, there is plenty more on offer such as the NT Writers' Centre and Red Kangaroo Books annual get-together, and a fully catered, self guided writing retreat at Campfire In The Heart.

The Centre continues to offer writing and feedback programs: The Sunday Writers Review (Darwin) and the Emerging Writers Group (Mparntwe/Alice Springs), and embarks on a new partnership with Centralian Senior College in the new Schools Writer-in-Residence program.
