Former President Donald Trump was found guilty on all 34 felony counts in his New York criminal trial. The jury took almost ten hours to deliberate, and President Trump’s sentencing is set for July 11. President Trump maintained his innocence and called this a “rigged trial.” The Supreme Court sided with the National Rifle Association in a free speech lawsuit against a former New York official. The decision means the NRA may continue to pursue its lawsuit against an official who allegedly threatened third parties to cut ties with the gun rights group. The justices wrote that government officials cannot attempt to coerce private parties in order to punish or suppress views that the government disfavors. Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with NATO foreign ministers in Prague and discussed the war in Ukraine.
