Ukraine’s military intelligence service announced it spotted a group of North Korean soldiers in Russia’s border region with Ukraine. Meanwhile, the U.S. and South Korean militaries held a multi-day air drill amid tensions with North Korea. South Korea said it might support Ukraine with lethal weapons.

According to the University of Florida’s Election Lab, close to 30 million ballots have already been cast in this election. They include almost 13 million in-person early votes, and close to 17 million mail ballots.
