A possible government shutdown is just one day away. Republicans on Sept. 29 failed to pass their short-term funding bill to keep the government open.   Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) passed away at the age of 90. She was the oldest member of Congress, and had been a senator since 1992.   Duane “Keffe D” Davis was arrested and indicted with murder over the killing of rapper Tupac Shakur in 1996. He was in the car where gunshots were fired.   New York City declared a state of emergency over heavy flooding.
