Former President Donald Trump appeared in a Washington courtroom on Tuesday. An appeals court is hearing arguments on President Trump’s claim that he is immune from prosecution over his challenging the results of the 2020 election.

A court filing is accusing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and a special prosecutor of having an improper relationship. The two are handling President Trump’s Georgia election case.

The march to the United States continues for a caravan of migrants. Around 2,000 migrants resumed their journey through southern Mexico on Monday.
