Fostering Hope TN supplies backpacks and luggage for kids in the fostering care system who normally carry their belongings in a black plastic trash bag -- completely unacceptable, and NTi is doing something about it. While we've gotten to know most of the staff at Fostering Hope TN, Allen McMichael is the face of Fostering Hope TN at NTi which made today's interview all the sweeter!
