One of the best takeaways from today's interview was when Ralph was asked what he is doing to take his business to the next level, and he said, building relationships with his referral partners. In fact, this business pro just spent $150 to send out a personalized voice-recorded marketing message to all of his clients and customers, AND MENTIONED SOMETHING THAT HIS REFERRAL PARTNERS OFFER!!! Did you catch that? He wants to help his customers AND his referral partners - THAT IS BIG!
