Hello and welcome back to a show where both of the hosts have to watch what they eat because metabolism is a real thing and that shit slows down when you're older, or as we like to call it, Now That I'm Older. This week we start with a story about Shane going out to get his family's first dog. Then we move into a story where we discuss some things that were normal when we were kids, like jungle gyms made out of metal, playgrounds having gravel on the ground, riding in the back of pickups and much much more. Then later on, Shane tells us a story about how a craft beer got him to do something that he normally would never do.
