Nurse executives in health care is the topic of this week’s episode. In this episode of Nursing Notes Live, I chat with nurse Kit Bredimus, Director of Emergency Services at Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland Texas. We focus on Kit’s career as a nurse and what it takes to rise to become a top executive in healthcare.

Kit Bredimus is a Master Certified Values Coach with a focus on transformational leadership and personal empowerment. Kit earned his Master’s degree in Nursing Administration and holds national board certifications in Nursing Leadership and Management and is a certified Nurse Executive, as well as Emergency and Pediatric Emergency nursing certifications. Kit is a Fellow of the American Organization of Nurse Executives Nurse Director Fellowship with capstone focus on the relationship between employee engagement and patient satisfaction.
