Steph has been on the list of people I wanted to interview for quite some time. I finally got a chance to get her on the podcast. With 4 years of experience in the Neuro ICU, and 4 years as a nurse practitioner in Cardiac surgery, she has now transitioned into her role of a nurse manager. We discuss what inspired her to work as a healthcare worker and why she has moved forward through her career taking on different leadership roles. With her passion for helping and pushing boundaries, she wanted to make a difference systematically. Not only has she finished her master's degree as an NP but also recently finished her master's degree in health administration to make a difference within the healthcare system. In this final chapter of my 3 part series of interviewing nurse practitioners, we get into it with exactly Stephanie’s story. So turn up the volume, as we dial into her journey from a nurse's perspective.
