Nicole is a nurse innovator and founder of The Lamp Storytelling whose sole focus is to heal the healers through shared storytelling events.  As a nurse she still works a percentage of her FTE at the bedside via adult medical-surgical nursing, which helps her keep a pulse on the current state of nursing.  We hope to collaborate more in the future....so stay tuned!
