Hosu is a mental health nurse whose research explored what it is like to work on an eating disorders unit.  She wanted to understand why this clinical area was not a more popular choice for nurses.  She talks about how she came up with questions to use in her semi-structured interviews to get nurses to talk about their experiences and what she learned.
