Nurses go through a great deal of strenuous training. After all, they do have the lives of other people in their care. I believe this is the reason it will take more than a nice pay check to keep you in this field. My guest would argue that anyone interested in this field must have a passion to help others live happier and healthier lives even when its most challenging and especially when people are most difficult.
