Some of the greatest relationships we get to experience in life are our friendships. Having a network of family, friends and peers to celebrate and commiserate with is so important but it requires having great friendship skills. There are lots of little things you can do every day to help nurture your friendship skills to create an even better relationship.

In this week’s episode, we are joined by Simon and Helene Brolund. They’ve been happily married for 12 years, run a business together, and also serve in their local church. Together, they have been coaching and mentoring people as certified coaches and trained teachers for 2 decades, whilst continuously learning through the many people they get to interact with.
