Hailing from New York City, Mufti Nayef is a well traveled scholar who has attended, Darul uloom Karachi, Jamia Binoria and Binori Town and is a student of the esteemd Mufti Taqi and Mufti Rafi Usmani. He currently is the Resdient scholar at ICCDNY, and teaches a wide array of classes.
