Welcome! We are Mike and Ashley. A small town married couple who were sleeved on the same day in May 2020 and continue to make life changes to keep the weight off after being obese since childhood. Raw and honest material about the highs and lows of having bariatric surgery; which including, diet, exercise, challenges, accomplishments, taking risk, raising a family, maintaining a social life, and overall proving that bariatric surgery is not the easy route to losing weight.
