I make quite a bit of omelettes, veggie pizzas, fresh ingredient dishes, unique salads, drink lots of protein shakes, consume protein bars, and enjoy a nice splurge once in a while! Just started a new "In The Kitchen" Pinterest Board

As mentioned in the book, trying to reach a goal weight was a big part of destructive habits. When you learn to be healthy, track things, embrace food, and truly enjoy life it was so amazing!

It takes work in the beginning to create new healthy habits, but once you do, it's a beautiful lifestyle.

So thankful for those who've motivate along this journey, it's helped to recognize how little is really NEED in life.

There is a difference between WANTS and NEEDS. Hope you know that, next time you pick something up ask yourself, "Do I need this or want this?"

If you want it, go ahead! As long as you're willing to deal with it later; that's your choice! I still do at times.

As a lightweight that likes to be toned, workouts are SIMPLE include 10 lb weights, full body workouts at home with no equipment and a walk/jog every now and then. Although cycling classes with the LOUD JAMS and NIGHTCLUB vibes are awesome... but, For Christ's sake anything more than this would be obnoxious. Unless the goal is trying to become a bodybuilder or something. Majority of your results and sanity comes from Nutrition, so enjoy meditation with candle in the bathtub, in bed, or really anywhere to relax.
