This week’s guest is Josh Clamp, a Registered Nutritionist (MSc), Ultra Endurance Runner, and Men’s Health Champion dedicated to helping men improve their health, wellbeing, and performance through evidence-based nutrition.
After completing a BSc in Medical Physiology and an MSc in Human Nutrition, Josh went on to work with Maximus UK as a Senior Nutritionist, where he led their online men’s weight management programme — supporting men to make sustainable, long-term changes to their health.
Today, Josh runs his own consultancy, The Men’s Health Nutritionist, where he works with businesses, charities, and individuals to optimise performance, energy, recovery, and overall wellbeing. Alongside his professional work, Josh is also an ultra endurance runner, giving him firsthand experience of the relationship between physical challenge, resilience, mindset, and recovery.
In this episode, we explore:
Josh’s philosophy:
“Good health isn’t built through punishment — it’s built through consistency.”
This conversation breaks down the science of men’s health in a practical and relatable way, focusing on how nutrition, movement, and mindset can help men perform better in every area of life.
