Sahiba Bhardwaj, an experienced Nutritionist and Nutrition Educator, embodies a philosophy that emphasizes holistic wellness through diet and lifestyle. She offers consultations on various topics such as Weight-management, TherapeuticDiets, Emotional Eating Disorders, and Holistic Health.

Sahiba holds a Masters in Nutrition Science & Research Policy from TUFTS University, Boston, and has completed a Lifestyle Medicine CME certification from Harvard Medical School. Her approach integrates the latest research findings into her dietary recommendations, ensuring her clients arewell-informed about health and nutrition.

 

She founded B.FIT Lifestyle and serves as its Chief Nutritionist. Additionally, Sahiba was the official Nutrition partner at Delhi Capitals Cricket Academy. Her expertise has been showcased in a 10-episode TV Talk Show- 'Healthy Tales with Sahiba', broadcasted on ZEECafeHD, where she engaged with leaders from the Health, Nutrition & Fitness industry. As a mother who has overcome hypothyroidism andsuccessfully managed a 30-kilo weight loss, Sahiba deeply understands the challenges of weight management. Her approach is grounded in realism and inclusivity, focusing on balanced, customised plans and personal guidance, encapsulated in her 'Ditch the Diet' philosophy. Afitness advocate, she encourages daily exercise tailored to individual routines. Her passion for travel enables her to explore global cuisines and culinary practices, enriching her expertise in nutrition.
