I recently spoke via Skype to a longtime friend, Mike Santasiero. Although we started by discussing technical writing, Mike provided insight into a wide variety of topics (including publishing and working with offshore writers and teams), and helpful advice for writers fresh out of school.

Mike's Bio:

Mike Santasiero (aka Dr. Bonkers) is a technical writer by day and recording engineer by night. He manages a team of 7 technical writing analysts in the US, and two teams abroad, all of whom work to help industrial companies find those who need their wares. This task is especially important in the age of COVID-19. He also runs Dr. Bonkers Soundlab, a software site that helps musicians get the sounds they hear in their heads into a recording.
