Special K Squares from Julie

In this episode I made Julie's Special K Squares. This was a surprising treat. I was expecting something like rice krispy treats, but it really was uniquely its own. Also, a totally vegan recipe which could be shared with your vegan friends. Now if you buy the gluten free special K this will also work for celiac friends. I love peanut butter, and this one is full of it, so I think it's good for any time of day.
