Maw's Bread

In this episode I made Maw's Bread, it's a recipe I learned from Mark "ecaf1" Kilfoil. It's his mother's recipe, and though I have made this before, not for over five years, so there are some bumps. It's a great basic bread recipe and it always feels like visiting when I eat it.
