Dale Jacobson of Alvarado, MN taught poetry and writing skills at the University of North Dakota for multiple decades. And, in his retirement Dale is sharing his skills with others in northwest Minnesota - with the help of the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council. He has a rich background in expression through the written word.
