hello everyone.
Hope everyone is doing great.Today was my day off,so I am back in this community with a bag charm that I crocheted today.
Last time,I crocheted a bag charm for my sister which was a tulip bag charm.But one of her friend took it and she was asking me to make something similar to that one.
This ghost charm is my personal favourite. I think It gives a cool genz vibe.I have a pattern saved for this project in my youtube and I was saving it for my bag but today i though it should make this special one for my sister.
This charm has three parts basically. One was the chain with the flower attached and other are the two ghosts on the side.Starting from the ghost part,I used 3mm hook and white 4ply yarn.I did 6scin magic ring,then inc,then 1sc 1inc,then 5sc inc,then sc in 6 rows then 3dc and slst to make the border at the last.
Luckily,it rained last night so the weather was nice.I made them very neatly and with great patience. I also listened to my favourite music.Today was fun basically. Then I made the flower. Firstly,I followed the pattern from this tutorial but it was hard so I used the previous one from the tulips.I basically did 65 chains.Then I made the flower for which I did 16chains,sc,hdc,3dc,hdc,tc,sc,sl and then same for remaining stitches.I don't remember it actually.
Then I attached both ghosts with the chain.I used glue gun to secure it.I folded it many times that the white yarn almost got dirty.Then it was time for eyes.I asked my sister to make it but she refused so I got angry and started making it myself but due to lack of practice,it gave me a hard time.But now I have decided to do it myself.Then I added blush to the face which looked more like red tears coming from her eyes but that concept can also work as it was a ghost.
when I attached it to her bag,It looked so pretty.I also want this charm so badly but firstly I have to buy a bag.So I think I have to wait for some time as I am already out of the budget. Anyways that's how I spent my free day.
