Hello everyone. Hope everyone is doing great in this community.Today I am back in this community with a kitty that I crocheted.
Monday's are the busiest days for most of the people and I am not the exception here.I also had a long day.I knew it before, that's why I crocheted this kitty on Sunday night to post it in needleworkmonday. But as I have many pending assignments and quizzes,I didn't get the time to write the post.I am writing it now and it officially Tuesday but I doesn't matter it still managed to post it ,is my achievement.
This kitty was so cute.When I saw it,I immediately saved it.I crocheted it with my whole heart and focus.I was basically trying to get myself out from the trauma that last project gave me.It really gave me a feel that I am not good at crocheting.So this is a redemption post.
Started my making the head first and I used the skin yarn which was 5ply and I used 3mm hook.
The head turned out perfect.The size was bearable.I also crocheted it in a different way this time,so I really formed a beautiful box type pattern.Then I started the cap part which was really confusing honestly. When I started reading the captions everyone was saying that they followed this pattern and the cap turned out so big.I was already very stressed from the last project so I scrolled through comments and found a very kind lady who had shared her pattern to make it perfect size.I followed her pattern which was way easier than the other one.It included single crocheting only from row 5 to 12 which was so easy.
Then I made the ears and the leaf on her head.For the mouth part,I really don't like sewing so I always ignore it and beg my sister to do it for me sometimes.She did the mouth part,then I assembled all the parts and my kitty was ready.I also wanted to add a keychain but I don't have any right now.I will order them soon then I will attach one to my kitty.
