Author of the book We Kill Because We Can: From Soldiering to Assassination in the Drone Age, Laurie Calhoun is a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute, and an author and a contributor to numerous scholarly volumes.
She has served as Director of Publications at the Du Bois Institute at Harvard University.
Laurie is a recipient of the American Chemical Society Book Award and the Jakob van Eck Award for Outstanding Breadth of Achievement.
Her other two books are War and Delusion: A Critical Examination, and Philosophy Unmasked: A Skeptic’s Critique.
